Artist, Ceramist, and Pre-Med Student
Dmitry (b. 2007) is an interdisciplinary artist based in New York City. He is a senior at Fiorello H. La Guardia High School of Music, Art and Performing Arts. Through his art and technical skills he is helping others express themselves. He is a founder of HeARTful Harmony, an art therapy program intended to improve well-being of adults with disabilities. As an artist, he primarily works with clay and draws inspiration from everyday objects and experiences. Stemming from his interest in art therapy and medicine, Dmitry’s recent works include several anatomical studies of the human body.
